How to Make Your Fake Texts Look Realistic

The generator handles the pixels; these five details handle the believability:

• 1. Write like people actually text. Lowercase, short bursts split across two bubbles, an occasional typo — "omg wait really" reads as real; a perfectly punctuated paragraph does not.
• 2. Pick the right bubble color for the story. iMessage blue says iPhone-to-iPhone; SMS green says Android friend or unknown number. Meme audiences notice when it is wrong.
• 3. Use a believable contact name. "Mom ❤️", a first name, or "Unknown" — saved exactly the way real people save contacts, emoji included.
• 4. Add the time separator. Real screenshots almost always catch a "Today 9:41" line. One separator at the top of the conversation sells the whole image.
• 5. Use the receipt deliberately. "Delivered" is the neutral default; "Read" under an unanswered message is a story in itself. None at all suits older screenshots.
